Do I need an ERP to use CB Control?
No. You can start by emailing documents or uploading Excel files. If your ERP or accounting software has an API, we connect it in the Connected tier.
Does CB Control calculate customs duties?
It does not calculate legal rates. Duties and taxes come from your customs documents (or you enter them) and CB Control splits them across your products to give you the real cost.
Is it available now?
It is in use at IGT Motors, the founder’s group, and we are opening it to other companies in early access, with limited places so each implementation gets proper support.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the tier and your systems. In the demo we review your case and give you a fixed timeline and price in writing.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
It is yours. You can export it at any time and, when the contract ends, we hand it over and delete it as agreed.
