A typical case
A company that imports and distributes technical equipment runs each operation from a folder of emails, one Excel file for costs and another for receivables. Nobody knows the real status of an order without asking. Purchase approvals go through WhatsApp and get lost. With a custom admin system, each operation has a single record: supplier, documentation, import costs, invoice and payment, each with its status and its owner. The ERP stays the ERP; the system connects to it and to the accounting software so nothing is entered twice. Approvals are requested and logged inside it, with automatic alerts. A portal lets the customer check their order without calling. It is the same approach we applied at IGT Motors, the founder's group: start from the real process and build only what the business needs.

How do I start a custom software project?
You answer 5 questions on this website and we send you the proposal by email. Based on your answers, within 24-48 h we propose which system makes sense to build, where to start and what to connect. No prior meeting, no commitment. Scope and price are agreed after the diagnosis, once we know your process.
What if my data lives in Excel or in a programme with no API?
That's the norm and it doesn't hold up the project. First we look for your system's API. If there isn't one, we schedule an automatic export to CSV or Excel that the system reads on its own. If that isn't possible either, we agree a monthly manual upload with a fixed template. The custom system is designed from the outset to work with whichever route you have.
Why build rather than buy an off-the-shelf programme?
If a programme on the market solves your process, we'll tell you and build nothing. We build when the alternative is bending the way you work to fit the tool, keeping parallel Excel files or paying for modules you don't use. The diagnosis decides: sometimes the answer is to integrate what you already have, not a new system.
Who maintains the system after delivery?
The code and the data are yours and are handed over fully documented. You can maintain it with your own team or with another supplier. If you'd rather we did it, there's a recurring monthly maintenance and evolution plan: fixes, new modules, integrations as they come up. Your call, with no lock-in.
