What it solves

  • Automatic landed cost per operation
  • Centralised docs and deadlines
  • Real margin per product

Tailored to your business

This is a reference solution. We tailor it to your operation, your data and your process — and put it into production, in weeks.

Diagnosis → custom design → implementation in short deliveries → measurable result.

Every shipment has a real cost that almost nobody sees in time: FOB, freight, insurance, duties, customs clearance, inland transport and exchange rate differences. When that calculation lives in an Excel file for each operation, the margin you think you have and the margin you actually collect don't match. And you find out weeks later, at month-end close.

We build a system that calculates the landed cost of each operation as soon as the documents come in, allocates costs by product and shows you the real margin before you set a price. Documentation, deadlines and formalities for each shipment sit in one place, with alerts when something falls due. Connected to your ERP or your management software.

Who it is for

Companies that import or export regularly and work out the cost of each shipment by hand: distributors, manufacturers with suppliers outside the EU, trading companies operating between Europe and Latin America. If you have several shipments a month and don't know the real margin on a product until weeks later, this is for you.

What it connects to

  • ERP or management and invoicing software
  • Accounting software
  • Bank and supplier payments
  • Excel or Google Sheets from your freight forwarder or customs broker
  • Email (invoices, bills of lading and documents that arrive in your inbox)
  • Automations between systems

A typical case

A company that imports components from several Asian suppliers and sells to customers in Spain and Portugal. Each shipment generates a folder: supplier invoice, packing list, bill of lading, freight forwarder's invoice, customs declaration, duties and transport to the warehouse. Purchasing works out the cost in Excel, finance recalculates it when the actual invoices arrive and sales sets prices using the old figure. The margin on some products is lower than everyone thinks, and it only comes to light at year-end. With the system, every document enters the same flow, the landed cost is recalculated with each cost that comes in and the minimum price per product updates itself. It is the same approach we applied at IGT Motors, the founder's group, when automating the landed cost of its imports across several Latin American countries.

How it works

  1. 01

Diagnosis with real data: we review your latest shipments, where the documents live and how you currently calculate cost and margin.

  2. 02

We map the flow of each operation, from order to warehouse, and choose tools to suit your ERP and current systems.

  3. 03

We build in short deliveries: landed cost calculation, allocation by product, margin dashboard and deadline alerts, live in production from the first delivery.

  4. 04

We measure against the criteria set at the outset: final cost per shipment, real margin per product and no paperwork past its deadline.

Frequently asked questions

What does the landed cost calculated by the system include?

Everything it costs to get the product into your warehouse: value of the goods, international freight, insurance, duties and import taxes, customs clearance, fees and inland transport. Each item is assigned to the shipment and allocated across products using the criterion we agree: weight, volume or value. The result is a real unit cost per SKU, not an estimate.

How do I get started?

You answer 5 questions on this website and we send you the proposal by email. Within 24-48 h it sets out: what we would automate first, with which data and in what order. No prior meeting, no commitment. If it makes sense, we move on to the diagnosis with your real shipments and agree the scope.

What if my shipments live in Excel or my ERP has no API?

That's the norm in international trade and it doesn't block anything. We follow a chain of options: first, your system's API, if there is one. If not, a scheduled CSV or Excel export from your ERP or the freight forwarder. And if that isn't possible, an agreed monthly manual upload using a fixed template. The landed cost calculation and the alerts work the same with any of the three.

Does it work for exports too, not just imports?

Yes. With exports the problem switches sides: cost to the port or to the customer depending on the Incoterm, outbound documents, certificates of origin and payments received in another currency. The system tracks each consignment with its deadlines and calculates the real margin per order, including logistics costs and the exchange rate applied. If you do both, they are managed in the same dashboard.
