Diagnosis → custom design → implementation in short deliveries → measurable result.
Sales close every day, but the full picture only arrives at month end. The CRM says one thing, invoicing says another and the sales manager's spreadsheet says a third. Meanwhile, nobody knows whether the team will hit target until it is too late to do anything about it.
With the sales and commercial dashboard you see progress against target as it happens, by salesperson, territory and product line. You have an up-to-date ranking of salespeople and customers. And the dashboard warns you when a customer has gone too long without ordering, before they drift to a competitor.
Who it is for
For companies with their own sales team or a distributor network selling to other businesses on a repeat basis: distribution, manufacturing, B2B services. It fits if you set targets per salesperson, have a customer base that reorders, and today your tracking lives in Excel, in a half-used CRM or in the sales director's head.
What it connects to
- CRM (pipeline, opportunities and sales activity)
- ERP or invoicing software (sales by customer and product)
- Excel / Google Sheets (targets and quotas per salesperson)
- Email and WhatsApp (alerts to the sales team)
- Automations between systems
A typical case
A company that distributes electrical supplies to installers, with reps on the road. Each rep keeps their accounts in a separate spreadsheet. Invoicing comes from the ERP, orders from the CRM and targets from an Excel file the sales director updates on Mondays. To find out who is on track and who is not, the director requests reports and waits. With the sales dashboard, every invoiced sale counts automatically towards the rep's target and their territory's. The ranking sorts itself. A customer who used to order every month and has gone longer than usual without ordering is flagged, and their rep gets the alert before the weekly meeting. The director opens the dashboard on Monday and already knows where to push. It is the same approach we applied at IGT Motors, the founder's group: real data from its own systems, in production.
How it works
- 01
Diagnosis: we review where your sales, targets and customers live today (CRM, ERP, invoicing, Excel) and which decisions you make without up-to-date data.
- 02
Together we define the KPIs and success criteria: targets per salesperson and territory, the ranking, and what counts as a customer going cold.
- 03
We choose the tool to suit your systems, connect the dashboard to your live system and put it into production in short deliveries.
- 04
We switch on target and cold-customer alerts, measure against the criteria set at the start and fine-tune the dashboard with your sales team.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
You answer 5 questions on this website and we send you the proposal by email. Within 24-48 h it sets out your sales dashboard: which data to connect, which KPIs to show and the scope of the project. The quote is fixed after the diagnosis, not before. No preliminary meetings, no commitment.
What if my sales live in Excel or in a system with no API?
It works just the same. If your ERP or CRM has an API, we connect directly. If not, we schedule an automatic CSV or Excel export as often as you need. And if that is not possible either, we agree a monthly manual upload using a fixed template. The dashboard is built on what you have, not on what you ought to have.
How does the dashboard spot a customer going cold?
Together we define each customer's normal buying pattern: frequency, usual order value and products. When a customer breaks that pattern, for example going longer than usual without ordering or dropping their order value, the dashboard flags them and alerts their rep. We tune the rule to match your sales cycle.
Do the reps see the full ranking or only their own figures?
That is your call. Typically, management sees the full ranking by salesperson, territory and customer, while each rep sees their own targets, accounts and alerts. Permissions are set by role from day one. You can also share the overall ranking with the whole team if it helps as motivation.
