Data centralisation & integration
Bank, CRM, ERP and sheets in a single source.
I want this in my company →What it solves
- Integrates systems that don’t talk
- Clean, unique, up-to-date data
- The base to automate and decide
Tailored to your business
This is a reference solution. We tailor it to your operation, your data and your process — and put it into production, in weeks.
Diagnosis → custom design → implementation in short deliveries → measurable result.
Your bank is in one place, your ERP in another, your CRM in a third, and everything else lives in spreadsheets. Every month-end, someone copies, pastes and reconciles by hand. The data exists, but it doesn't join up. And when a number doesn't match, nobody knows which one is right.
With data centralisation and integration, we connect those sources into a single clean, up-to-date database. Every customer, invoice and transaction exists once, with a unique identifier. On that foundation we build whatever comes next: dashboards, automations or agents. You stop being the manual integrator of your own business.
Who it is for
For SMEs and groups running several systems that don't connect: ERP and accounting on one side, CRM on another, the bank separately and spreadsheets for everything else. It fits especially well if you operate more than one company, site or country and consolidating forces you to repeat the same work every month.
What it connects to
- ERP or accounting software
- Bank (statements and transactions)
- CRM
- Invoicing system
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Email (invoices and attachments)
A typical case
A company that sells in several countries and invoices from a different ERP in each one. Sales live in the CRM, receipts in the bank, import costs in spreadsheets and balances in the accounts. Every month, one person exports everything, pastes it into a master Excel file and cross-references it by hand. Customer names don't match between systems, some invoices appear twice and the report arrives late and open to question. With data centralisation, each source feeds a common database with cleansing rules and a unique identifier per customer and document. Consolidation stops being a task and becomes a state: the data is integrated whenever you need it. It is the same approach we applied at IGT Motors, the founder's group, which operates in several countries.
How it works
- 01
Source inventory: which systems you have, what data each one holds, who touches it and where it's duplicated or contradictory.
- 02
Common model design: we define the unique identifier for customer, product and document, plus the cleansing rules, before writing any code.
- 03
Connecting each source by whatever route it supports: API, scheduled export or agreed upload. Everything lands in one central database.
- 04
Validation in production with your real data: we compare against your month-end, correct discrepancies and set up alerts for when a source fails.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
You answer 5 questions on this website and we send you the proposal by email. Within 24-48 h it sets out the dashboard or integration that fits your case. No preliminary meeting, no commitment. If it makes sense to continue, that's where we define the project scope.
What if my data is in Excel or in a system without an API?
That's the norm, not a problem. We follow a connection chain: first the system's API, if there is one. If not, a scheduled CSV or Excel export that loads itself. And if that isn't possible either, a monthly manual upload agreed with you, using a fixed template. Each source comes in by whatever route it supports, and the central database doesn't care where it came from.
Do I have to change my ERP or CRM to centralise?
No. The integration is built on the systems you already use. Your ERP keeps invoicing, your CRM keeps managing sales and the bank stays the bank. What we add is the layer that joins and cleans them. We choose the tools based on your systems, not the other way round, and only then do we write code.
What happens when two systems disagree about the same customer or invoice?
That's decided before integrating, not after. In the model design we set which system is the master for each piece of data: for example, the ERP for invoices and the CRM for contacts. The cleansing rules unify names, codes and formats. When a conflict appears that the rules can't resolve, the database flags it and a person reviews it, rather than hiding it.
