Automated reports & KPIs
The KPIs that matter, generated on their own.
I want this in my company →What it solves
- Automatic periodic reports
- KPIs by area and owner
- Less Excel, more decisions
Tailored to your business
This is a reference solution. We tailor it to your operation, your data and your process — and put it into production, in weeks.
Diagnosis → custom design → implementation in short deliveries → measurable result.
Every Monday someone on your team opens several exports, pastes them into Excel, reconciles the totals and builds the weekly report. By the time it reaches the management meeting it's already out of date. If that person is off, the report doesn't go out. The data exists; the problem is that assembling it by hand takes hours and breaks easily.
With CB Digital, reports generate themselves. We define the KPIs for each area with you and who owns each one, connect the sources and schedule the delivery: the weekly report or month-end close reaches each owner at the agreed time, in the same format and with the same calculation rules. Less Excel, more decision-making.
Who it is for
For SMEs and groups with several departments or sites where the regular report depends on one person and one spreadsheet. Management that gets figures late, different depending on who prepared them, or with no clear KPI owner. If you already have a management system and still build the report by hand, this fits.
What it connects to
- ERP or management software
- Accounting software
- CRM
- Invoicing software
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Email and WhatsApp for report delivery
A typical case
A distribution business with a warehouse, a sales team and an admin department. Each area keeps its own spreadsheet: sales by rep, orders fulfilled, outstanding receivables, issues. At month end, admin pulls everything into a report for the management team. The totals don't match across sheets and nobody knows which version is right. With CB Digital, a scorecard is defined per area with an owner for each KPI. Data is pulled from the ERP and the CRM on a schedule, consolidated with fixed calculation rules, and the report generates itself: the weekly one lands in each owner's inbox on Monday and the month-end close goes to management as a PDF. Admin stops assembling the report and starts reviewing variances. It is the same approach we applied at IGT Motors, the founder's group: dashboards that feed themselves from real data.
How it works
- 01
Diagnosis: we review which reports you prepare today, who builds them, where the data comes from and which decisions depend on them.
- 02
KPI definition: together we set the indicators per area, their calculation formula, the owner of each one and the reporting frequency.
- 03
Connection and build: we link your ERP, CRM, accounting software or spreadsheets depending on your systems, consolidate the data and build the report templates.
- 04
Delivery and adjustment: we schedule the send-out by email or WhatsApp, validate against the agreed success criteria and fine-tune in production.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a dashboard?
A dashboard is something you check when you want to; an automatic report arrives on its own, to the right person, on the set date. Here the focus is on frequency and accountability: each KPI has an owner and a fixed format, weekly or monthly. The two work well together: the dashboard for day-to-day, the report for the management meeting or the month-end close.
How do I get started?
You answer 5 questions on this website and we send you the proposal by email. The questions are simple: where your team loses hours, how many places your data lives in, which number you can't see when you need it, which system you use for invoicing and what you would automate tomorrow. No call needed. Within 24-48 h you receive a proposal for your reporting panel. Scope and price are set after the diagnosis, based on your case.
What if my data is in Excel or in a system with no API?
It still works. We follow a chain of options: first your system's API, if there is one; if not, a scheduled CSV or Excel export the report reads automatically; and as a last resort, an agreed monthly manual upload. We decide this in the diagnosis, based on your systems, before writing any code. The report comes out the same; what changes is how the data gets in.
What happens when the KPIs change or a new department comes on board?
Indicators evolve with the business. Each KPI is documented with its formula and its owner, so adding a department, changing a calculation rule or including a new recipient is an adjustment, not a new project. If you want, we cover it under monthly maintenance and evolution: we review the report with you and adapt it whenever priorities change.
