AI automations for business processes
Processes that run themselves, connecting your apps.
I want this in my company →What it solves
- Custom end-to-end flows
- Connects the tools you already use
- Goodbye repetitive manual tasks
Tailored to your business
This is a reference solution. We tailor it to your operation, your data and your process — and put it into production, in weeks.
Diagnosis → custom design → implementation in short deliveries → measurable result.
Your team copies data from an email into a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet into the ERP, and from the ERP into a WhatsApp message. Every manual step is lost time and an error waiting to happen. An automation built with AI runs that journey by itself, in the right order, without anyone having to remember.
We design end-to-end workflows tailored to you and connect them to the tools you already use. You get processes that run on their own, with a log of every step and alerts when something fails. Repetitive manual tasks disappear and your team goes back to the work that adds value.
Who it is for
For SMEs and teams that work across several tools (ERP, CRM, invoicing, email, spreadsheets) and join them up by hand. It fits if you have a repetitive process with clear rules: order entry, sending invoices, chasing payments, replying to requests. If the process lives in someone's head, we start by documenting it.
What it connects to
- ERP or invoicing software
- CRM
- Email and WhatsApp
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Accounting software and bank
- Automation platform as the workflow engine
A typical case
A distribution business that receives orders by email and WhatsApp. Every morning, someone reads the messages, copies the lines into the ERP, generates the invoice and forwards it to the customer. When orders pile up, so do the errors: quantities mistyped, invoices never sent, customers asking where their order is. With an automated workflow, every incoming message goes through an AI model that extracts the customer, product references and quantities. The workflow creates the order in the ERP, checks stock, issues the invoice and sends it to the customer through the same channel they used. If a detail is missing or the customer does not exist, the workflow does not guess: it alerts the person responsible with the original message and waits for their approval. The team reviews exceptions instead of typing all day.
How it works
- 01
Process diagnosis: we map step by step who does what, in which tool, and where time is lost or errors creep in.
- 02
Workflow design: we choose the automation platform that best fits your systems, then define triggers, rules, exceptions and success criteria before building.
- 03
Build in short deliveries: we connect your systems, add AI wherever text or documents need interpreting, and test with real data.
- 04
Go-live with execution logs and alerts. We measure against the agreed criteria and adjust the workflow whenever your process changes.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
You answer 5 questions on this website and we send you the proposal by email. No meeting: based on your answers, we propose which process to automate first and how, within 24-48 h. The scope and budget of the project are agreed after the diagnosis, not before.
What if my data is in Excel or in software with no API?
It can still be automated. First we look for the system's API. If there isn't one, we set up an automatic CSV or Excel export that the workflow reads at agreed intervals. And if that isn't possible either, we agree a monthly manual upload using a fixed template. The workflow works with any of the three routes; what changes is how often the data refreshes.
What happens when the workflow hits a case it can't resolve?
It doesn't guess. Every workflow has exceptions defined from the design stage: a missing detail, an unknown customer, an amount out of range. In those cases the workflow stops, saves the record and alerts the person responsible by email or WhatsApp with the full context. That person decides and the workflow carries on. You keep control; the automation does the repetitive work.
Where do the workflows run and who maintains them afterwards?
The automation platform can be installed on your own server or in the cloud; we decide based on your systems and your data requirements. You own the workflows and the credentials. After handover you can maintain them with your own team or take up the recurring monthly maintenance and evolution service, where we adjust the workflows whenever your tools or your process change.
